Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Reel4Life and tap your profile icon at the top of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed in with. We'll confirm and delete within 30 days.

What's deleted

• Your account, sign-ins and devices.
• Every event you organise, with all of its memories, photos, videos, films and books.
• Memories you shared in other people's events stay with that family but without your name, unless you choose to delete them too. You can delete individual memories yourself any time.

Records we must keep by law (such as tax records of book orders) are kept for the period required, then deleted.
