I was invited. Do I need the app?
No. Open your invite link and choose “Share a memory in your browser”. The app is there if you'd prefer it: enter the six-character code from your invite.
My upload is stuck
Keep the page or app open until uploads finish. Big videos upload in parts, so a dropped connection only repeats the last part. If one fails, remove it and add it again.
Can I change or delete what I shared?
Yes, any time before the film is finished. In the app, open the event and tap your memory. On the web, use your invite link again.
How do I stop the emails?
Tap “Stop emails about this” at the bottom of any invite or reminder.
I bought the unlock but it didn't apply
Open the event, tap Unlock, then “Apply my purchase”. It finds a purchase that didn't reach the event and applies it. If that doesn't work, email us with the date and the email on your App Store or Google account.
How much does it cost?
Free to make and preview. A$14.99 per event to unlock the full film and book. Contributors never pay. Printed books are optional.
How do I play the film at the event?
After unlocking, tap “Play full screen” to AirPlay or Chromecast it to a TV, or use a cable. You can also save it to your phone and hand the file to the venue: it plays on any computer.
Where are my books?
You'll get an email with tracking when your book ships. Books are printed in the lab nearest the address and usually arrive within one to two weeks.
